I prefer the bird,
Lover of reeds,
That the old bridge where I put into verse,

The joyful bee,
On the purple thistles
Dance better than the words.

Then takes out the ferret,
In the cut sheaves,
I can sit down in my armchair.

If there's something I think you're trying to convey here, it's this: seeing the real things in nature is often better than things written about them.

As an added bonus: I learned the exact association for things I didn't know before, by looking up images of your words.

Such as...
Purple thistles = now I know what that is!
Cut sheaves = now I know that that is!

Enjoyed.
