I’m still alive!
Barely.
Almost three weeks sans computer
About did me in. Heh.Heh(not)
Something reached inside my computer
And destroyed my motherboard(?)
Left it bleeding and dead.
It has been tough trying to get it fixed.
Money-wise and
Trying to find someone who
Knew what they were doing.
Ahhh . . .
But here I am back again
The computer is back in front of me
But it is gonna take me
Like forever
to get everything all figured out.

I can relate, I've been posting here for almost 13 years (where does the time go?), my computer has died twice. I'd always be like, "gah, I've got some things I wanna post, what am I gonna do?" Nowadays I mostly write and post here on my iPad, and *knock on wood* it keeps ticking day after day, thankfully.

Anyway.

Thanks, soul drifter, I keep using this old desktop for my pleasure, and it gets cranky from to time to time. I know that "gah" feeling.

Yes, yes, misC, I can very definitely see you nodding your head. Yeah, small things get to me also but this last problem with the destroyed motherboard was the worst ever. Thanks for your kindness.

Been there, done that...we've become so dependent in these monsters(angels?), when they refuse to work when you want them to (short of doing tantrums and beating the dust), where does that leave us?
