Sorrow Fisted fingers swipe the tears Darkness hides the path they make There is no end to twisted cries Lost inside the endless ache Lost inside the endless ache Thrive cliché’s intent to heal As if to ease rage that builds Anger feeds the need to feel Anger feeds the need to feel Breaking down to break apart Frame the wound, rage serves to fill Endless pain from broken hearts Endless pain from broken hearts Bridging those whose sorrow knows Time will ease, but never mend Open wounds where tears are stowed - Alison |

You've rendered grief beautifully here and the pain is palpable. Love the repeating lines. I was here years ago and you were one of my favorites. Glad to see you are still posting! Heather |
