Today we had a “high noon” We are finally in tune. Swearing in our new president, An outspoken sort of gent. A new day for this great land, Its great that we have this man. It is time to turn the tide, This man will rule with pride. Oh yes, I know there are those, Are living within their lows. Their candidate did not win, Still they are trying to spin. My, my, can’t we show respect, Everyone try to connect. The man has a job to do, A very hard task to chew. Today we had a “high noon” We are finally in tune. Swearing in our new president, An outspoken sort of gent. ©January 20, 2017 / Jerry Pat Bolton ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

I hope he turns out to be as good as they think he can be. It is of no benefit to wish him to fail as we would be the ones to suffer. I wish him great success. ~L |

Nice...seems like when Democrats win the voters that don't like the outcome protest or grieve silently, but when Republicans win those that don't like it are more vocal and act out their opposition...James |

You betcha, James, and they always, it seems, when they "protest" they like to assault people and break things. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |
