My coffee didn't taste quite the same this morning. My sunny side wasn't quite up. My get up and go didn't. My to do is list less. The air seems too heavy to breathe today, it just seems to come in sighs. How my heart could feel so heavy when it seems to be half gone, defies logic. But that's what love defies, leaving everything not quite the same. |

I don't know if it counts but I cheated with a Monster. that is to say I had a sugar-free Monster the other day and ever since my Diet Mt. Dew just tastes wrong some how. My own fault I know. I also know this has nothing to do with your poem but the coffee tasting different only makes me think of this. I hope your days are seeming fuller somehow since you wrote this. Michael |
