Words unknown spoken to this soul
as though a door has opened
new voices enter
to break the silence
of a cold winter
truth seeps through the cracks
like an echo of what has been censored

finally able to breath
speak out, maybe scream
let the red wine spill
on the white napkin
freshly laid out expecting it to happen

Mothers eyes open wide
as she begins to realize
a new world begins to thrive
suddenly it all becomes relevant
the hurt
the pain
the forgiveness
the reason
a new season

Change it
take a breath
keep moving with life's stress
no regrets
if it makes you happy
is safe and healty
Do it
