5 December 2019 It is my joy, my honour, my bliss, my harmony, my dreams fulfilled, my reality, my eye-wide awe indeed, my ecstasy, my safety, to share our love with you. You fill my every moment with the wonder of life anew. So seldom ecstasy and comfort are found together in love, but we have found them wondrously. We are eagles and we’re doves. I’m grounded safe and sound yet in sky-flight wild and free to have my love for you so answered with your wonderlove for me. I’m free to be me, and you’re free to be you and we choose freely to join in our love solely and soully for two. We tread the earth together and fly the skies of blue and rest upon some fluffy clouds and dream of me and you. Yet oceans wide and miles of land are between us so they say, but that does not deter us because forever and a day our hearts and souls are blended. We know each other’s thoughts so often before we speak them in this love so long we sought. So thank you now my dearest love for loving me as I love you. I have never been so happy and I know that you are too. |

It is funny how love can begin with a word- That reaches the heart, more than it’s heard. To bring to life feelings- long thought to be dead… Stirring emotions and filling the head. Making a world seem much brighter and gay- Bringing forth color to a present so grey. Quickening breathing, elevating the heart- To simply imagine the world in our art. You in your study, and me on my porch- We both fan the flames, of love, like a torch- I serenade silence with my old guitar- And trust that the love notes will reach you afar. So, dream on, my darling, I will sing you to sleep- Yet you’ll hear the music in slumber so deep. As steadfast and sure as the heavens above- We live and have being immersed in our love. |

My darling, I keep thinking that if I love you any more, I will burst. Then I keep on loving you more and more and more, and I haven’t burst yet, so hopefully I won’t. Thank you for your exquisite poem. I will listen for you and your guitar serenading me to sleep, sweetheart. Your love songs will be the most beautiful music I have ever heard. I wish I could sing to you too, but I can’t sing, but I will read my love poetry to you aloud, as a serenading lullaby. Listen for it, my love and feel my love caressing you to sleep. There are only so many- Ways to write love. And words seem to fail me- When push comes to shove… But although I feel it- I want you to know- It would mean so much more, If I could but show- By touch and by nuance- By smile and caress, By whispered “sweet nothings” By kisses, no less- By dance in the moonlight While crooning a song- And holding you tightly- Through the night, long. ‘Twould be so much better- It does seem, you see- If you responded in type- And did so for me. |

There are lines which can’t be written- And words which can’t be said… Yet I know that they are ringing Within your lovely head. There are vows which can’t be spoken- But, dear, they’re no less true… And if they’re ever uttered, I will speak them, love, to you. There are scenes which can’t be painted- Earth can formulate no hue- That would do the slightest justice… To the love I hold for you… Yet, I must believe you know them- From the elegance you write… May they keep you in your slumbers When you rest your head at night. |
