Sweet Spring has spoken
in her soft warm calming voice
to fits of Winter.

Snow tantrums over.
The seasons are changing.
Here come tornadoes.

Lovely 2 haiku's Lori - or a double one. The first has me picturing you seated at Winston's grave or planting his flowerbed. The second has me anguished at your turmoils without him, yet to come, as they will, with harshness and unannounced. Taken literally, and in haiku fashion, hopes and prayers for the safety of all.

I am envious Lori. I have never gotten the hang of Haiku, but I like it.
