ok to offend  13.12.18

gone is the preach
knocked off pedestal
their neck was the reach
offence taken not by small.
can not no longer be political
MP's don't have thick skin
getting like the rein of saddam and critical
got popeye and olive oil coming round for wag of chin.
can you see the disability
writing won't ever correct
can not translate for stupid as no facility
look away those with low intellect.
we are going to extreme
history will look back and see the mend
sorry if you feel its mean
don't reply negatively to poetry it might offend.

We have lost our minds about who can and can't say what anymore. Even our kids take it to ridiculous extremes, just looking for a reason to object.
Had a gay student in detention the other day that was objecting to the new partition dividing the room. He was calling it segregation. He said you can't do that because you can't segregate by race, gender, orientation, etc. (Because the kids get to choose their seats) I told him it was okay. "Dude, you're segregated by random." He was rendered speechless.
Seems people are just looking for a reason to get their panties in a wad. While on the other hand you still have people talking ignorant crap like the last 60 years never happened.
Pardon my rant. But this is America so we have freedom of speech to be ignorant and offensive...with the Commander and Chief leading the way... ~L
