It's Not that bad people!

In a world full of war and pain,
in a world where in some places all they wish for, is rain.
In a world when orphans are made every day,
in a world where malaria is effectively a plague.

When children are dying, because their tummies aren't full,
when emaciation so common their faces, are nothing but a skull.
When 34 million people, are infected with HIV,
when all you can think of, is me me me me.

Your first world issues are negligible, to be frank,
your pain and suffering leave me emotionless and blank.
Your poor lonely cries are just vibrations and air,
your plight doesn't faze me, as it doesn't compare.
