Some flowers look good when they're dead... crisp, with a muted color Catch that moment and keep it near... like the memory of a fuller, yet gladly forsaken youth Still, others fall victim to the rain… dissolving and bleeding into the soil Reminding us of our daily toils... and its futility against the odds ...just bein' Bluesy |
