Friends for Life

Now Mika and Milo were good friends
that met for the first time in a Korean Market;
Mika was busy spending her money
carefully matching the sum in her pocket
to the amount she would spend in the market'
Oh my goodness that squid looks delicious
she thought as she placed it in her cart,
"Lets see", that brings my total to about $23.,
I believe Lady Luck is smiling at me,
I still have enough to buy some rice
a meal without rice wouldn't be nice,
Bingo, now all I really need is some curry
and when I buy that I've spent my budget of $30.
Oh!  whose that starring at me across the room,
he's so busy looking at me he tripped on a broom;
now he has me laughing, he seems so funny,
laughing is good for my soul, he could be my honey
right about then he bops over and says hello,
"Hello my name is Milo and you look
a lot like a girl I'd love to know."
They went out to dinner that Sunday night,
Mika and Milo could be friends for life.
