Streets lit in pale amber, Unexpected return of her deciduous musk Rustling of silhouettes within fallen leaves An old pier tips its way carelessly from shore Wet lumber leaves a scent of its own Spars festooned with spiders’ webs Late September sea-mists A lonely sunset kissing a breeze of amethyst Savoring buckets of zinc-tasting oysters ...so I just left it that way ...just bein' Bluesy [This message has been edited by Bluesy Socrateaser (03-21-2018 11:10 AM).] |
