We all go through changes in our lives.
Change is the one constant.
Some changes we look forward to.
Some we fear.
One thing is for certain.
We will not stay the same
no matter how much we would like too.
When change occurs,|
we have two choices in how to react.
We can despair, i.e.,
wrongly thinking what has happened
isn’t happening.
Of course that is a fools defensive mechanism.
Or we can take the change with excitement
at new potential that the change presents.
We now have time to reflect
honestly
about our lives.
Make adjustments, reach out to old enemies
and forgive them.
But most of all we can look inwardly
replay all our wrongs,
and reach that point where we can forgive ourselves.
Think about it, my friend
it is authentic happiness.
