Sentiments Distilled In the cold dew of a starlit morning, my thoughts glisten naked to the chimes of night My lips trace the memory of compelling voice, sung into my soul like a gypsy prayer I, the apostle to the waves of your grin, sweet in its airiness, yet cool in its sting And I turn away from what is ruminant truly this soul, of illusions, choking out any spark Past tense, stopper the bottle! It is cold, let it be cold. I have no use of such sentiment! Until I realize the sky bears no sun, and the rain that seems so warm, emanates in sacrament The realm of day leading night by the hand, in one long journey where I love you Copyright Kkh 5/2/14 |

The journey whether walked or not, shall always have the path of our thoughts to carry on the sentiments. Nicely written |
