The older I get the more I speak nature
A silence of patience held by assign
The hills that we walk upon really are waves
Mountains of whitecaps hampered by time
We dwell in betwixt the yester and morrow
Paying forgiveness, that we tried to borrow
I tire of trying to hold on the river
Blocking the damned that try to deliver
Swells of the past no longer now current
Caveat emptor fruit of the serpent
Allow me to drift in a rivulet of realm
My wind is for sale to journey of helm
One of these days, I’ll come home to myself
And finally bury the sadness I’ve delved
I was born a thief a robber of reason
A collector of leave in a forest of treason
My mother was fore, my father was future
The scars that divide us are forded with sutures
When we were young these days were so jolly
Now we are decking with boughs full of folly
A silent night so tender and mild
A saddened mother missing, her child
The present we wanted was having, each other
The here and the after are, sister and brother
One of these days when eternity reigns
We will then finally be close, once again
For my dear brother Ron who passed two years ago on Christmas Eve 2011

Oh Richy, I think you were extremely close to your beloved brother when you created this wonderful poem in remembrance of him.
You touched my heart deeply with your sensitive poetic expressions here.
