Sit Oh Sit on a sigil And breath Oh Breath in the ocean And bask in the notion. High yearnings Low promotions Infinite demotions. Burning Twisting Ailing Spinning Redefining All emotion So Sit on a sigil Go to the ocean And bask in the notion Go lady, go lady And lean to the night guitar. Go lady Dream awhile Go lady Smile a style Go lady Cry a mile Oh lady Lean to night guitar. Know it There will be no darker night There will be no brighter stars No rose so sweet O Primordial beasts! There will be no Greater passions Beneath this moon! Mademoiselle Before you go To the opera Go To the poet's port And lean to the night guitar. Richard |
