Ah, give me back my youth for a day! Oh, just to be twenty once more! Let my hair wave and not be gray! Let me be vibrant; not a bore! Let my blood race willy-nilly! And not sluggish through my clogged veins! Delete all I have learned; really! And with uncluttered mind start fresh! I believe that I would, this time, Look at the world with different eyes! And would be awed at nature’s rhyme! Or would I make same mistakes? Sigh. ©March 13, 2014 / Jerry Pat Bolton ~*~ In America, anyone can become president. That's the problem. ~*~ |

If you knew then what you know now... If we all got to do it over, yes there would be so much less hurt in the world. Good morning Jerry. Happy Saturday. Lori |

That is what I am doing, living for now, Emma. I just had that poem niggling me and had to do something with it. Thank you for being here. ~*~ In America, anyone can become president. That's the problem. ~*~ |

I turned 29 this year, but I still yearn for the times where cares were simple.. Enjoyed your work. |
