of her …
even the most
fleeting thought
is a timeless
perfect poem.
for her …
I shall stir
the oceans
and unhitch
the universe
with a single
dream.
Yet, I can
offer only
the radiance
of my love;
would that
it may
somehow
match
her heart
and spirit
that
outshine
the sun.

One of my (many) 'critics' once called my 'pennings' nothing but "pseudo-sentimental syrup-dipped tripe" ...
however, I feel that the double-post-modern western world could use a liberal dose of Romanticism ...
