I think I want
An Avocado heart
Not bruised
But gently handled
Ripe and soft
A tender fruit
That melts a mouth like butter
To make some guacamole
For my friends
To dip their chips
And make the party start!
I know I want
An Avocado heart!

very nice...avocado is one of the healthy fats...along with olives and nuts and seeds...James
