December Snow and Sky December Finality embers shaken and stirred Remembrance Ballerina snowflakes begin the dance All these wings are too frozen for flying All this white paint of winter is drying The art of dying Set against the snow and sky meaning is numb A grey shroud of longing covers the sun December It's colder than I could ever remember Snow angels haloed by Christmas lights The day has bled itself white December That familiar shiver of childhood I remember I think I'm dying In the most glorious way In a New Years scene set against the snow and sky December Winter demands your surrender But I'm not listening I'm in every silent coma bud of green Eagerly awaiting the spring "Whatever makes you weird is probably your greatest asset"-Joss Whedon |

We have about 6" of snow at the moment and that's unusual for southwestern Ontario. The harshest part of our winters seldom show their face until January thru the first couple weeks of March. The skies do tend to fade their hues though |
