You are one nasty piece of work, Red,
you're not even sorry, are you?
No, I'm too angry to be sorry.
So very, very angry.
But, before you condemn me,
ask them why they gave him back his shoelaces?
Ask your God why twenty one is the end of the line,
and while you're at it:
why is a woman's bed left unruffled?
Disturbed only by thoughts and those voices.
He was given to their care, yes 'care'.

The bottom line for any god, is fairness,
and I see no fairness.
I see no fairness at all.

You are one arrogant SOAB, Red.
Now you think you're a god, don't you?
Gods? Effin gods!
Who wants to be a god?
Certainly not me, I'm too nice.
I've got no truck with vile retribution;
I don't want folk to be frightened of me.
(I'm a nice guy, trust me, I'm just angry.
Very, very angry.)
Belief in gods is submissive arrogance.

I don't want to frighten children
with the prospect of eternal damnation.
Leave children alone, I say.
They are bullied enough,
without being bullied by gods.
I'm not into ethnic cleansing,
nor hypocritical forgiveness.
When's the last time a god ever forgave anyone?
And I'm not talking about substituting your son
to carry the can for your own cock-ups.
Forgive? Have your only son tortured
to save a failed experiment like mankind?
Give over! I'll have no part of such sadism!
I'm talking about the main man here.
He who needs to front up his failures and cowardice.
Me, a god?
There is no insult to surpass that little number.
