Apparently I have been distracted by bits and pieces of nonsense fluttering about my head like butterflies. I have sat like a bump letting things slide by unnoticed, like my left pinky finger I thought I sprained months ago. It gives no pain and bends just fine. But it wasn’t until a day or so ago I realized that bending was all that pinky could do. I can’t straighten it out for love nor money. Apparently I broke it. Now I feel foolish. How does a person overlook a thing like that? |

I don't understand how a person could overlook something like that. But it is common for people (myself included) to make light of their injuries. Are you gonna leave it that way, or go to the doctor and have him re-break it and put some kind of a cast on it so it will heal? ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

think I'll leave it alone, it isn't "crooked" it just looks "relaxed" -probably why it took me so long to see it wouldn't straighten out. Silly me. ~L |

Knowing your writing, there's more than a pinky at work here. 'Apparently' would suggest input from others, but you know your pinky. |
