I have never set foot to Audierne,
And I do not love any more Gary Cooper,
The city is not made for too sensitive people,
Moreover, I prefer the poetry to people.

It is necessary to take the road as we say,
When the life begins to be boring,
It is necessary to flee the routine of books.

I have never set foot to Audierne,
I am going to go to collect myself on Apollinaire's grave, or on mine,
The big poems arise from some mud or from love,
Really I prefer the poetry to people.

You seem to know your own mind well and what is good for you and what isn't. Most people do, even those who shun poetry but love the gangling moves of Gary Cooper. I like the city. It has a pulse you can feel, and to feel is poetry.

Enjoyed reading yours Yann.

More feelings and fewer words please

As late in years as I am, I still like an old Gary Cooper movie. People? Eh! Not so much most of the time. I've taken many, many roads, Yann, and I am not regretting them at all. It was what I was supposed to do at the time.
