Unexpected Miracles Nothing is so beautiful as Spring, the finest blush of Earth’s sweet being, except love from afar, cloaked in unspoken longing and invisibility, for someone who denies her very loveliness and true worth; it can but wait in quiet and patient solitude and hope for a joyous and unexpected miracle of chance and change. --- b. e. adams (3/26/2016) |

Bruce, maybe we need to expect a miracle before one can manifest - just a thought which doesn't take anything away from a good although somewhat sad write. |

Eh, poetry is flooded with sad writes, Bruce. and I really liked this, probably because I lean towards sadness in poetry, and I write sad poems, but you have it all over me when you put quill to paper. Eh, again, fingers to the keyboard. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

Thanks so much to each of you! I mostly just write Nature and my own (rather unfortunate 'life') ... all 'is as it is' ... This too is Zen. |
