                  A Sky Unbound

Far beyond the vexing world of men, where
an ancient river and ‘endless’ mountains
emerge with the cold morning light of this
serene and frost-tipped late Winter dawn
trimmed in traceless patterns of mist and
ice fading into the last wilderness and time,
there is only a dance of motion and sound …
as one white heron leaves the snowscape
    for a sky unbound.

You gave us a beautiful, serene and blissful image to contemplate, Bruce. Endless mountains, frost-tipped dawn and the white heron lifting off looking for breakfast.

Clear and crisp portraits of Nature well crafted.

Many Blues lumber through our skies, though the scenery is considerably different. Folks are never too remote thanks to the Internet and cell phones.
