Like a magnet fuzzy with metal filings, I find my soul fed with your bits and pieces. Your warmth soothed and revived me. I basked in the radiance of your contentment and rejoiced in the easy of your laughter. The heart to heart in your matter of facts impressed and empowered me. The relaxed of conversations delighted me. I felt the fuzzy of your filings touch my magnet |

So very well done, of course, Lori. Loved the idea of presenting yourself as a magnet, and the "Bits and Pieces" of him attaching to that magnet . . . you. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

Lori When I read this I felt the easy mood and it evokes some personal reader reflection. I think you probably mean matter and not mater unless he's quoting from his college knowledge........ Just a thought. Great writing, really! Eric true love never looks after it's own interests |

Jerry and Eric, Thank you for your comments and sharp eye! No surprise you assumed it was about my husband. Not this time. I had briefly met my husband's friends only a couple of times. This was about spending time getting to know Cissy while I was there. She is very special woman and I think I was a little low on some estrogen. We enjoyed watching our guys hang out together doing motorcycle stuff. ~L |
