Lydia’s Song Tiny, yet filled with sweetness pure A child is born with strength and heart To share with all what true love is God’s gift ~ He set her apart Dancing eyes light up the sun Her bright smile sings a happy song Strength is the loving gift He gives Softness covers her will, made strong One tiny child can fight and win Those who surround have grown and learned In this little girl ~ God’s Will lives And in their minds, a lesson’s burned Her song resounds within them all Lydia, filled with a heavenly love To share what true believing is All offer thanks to Him, above … for Lydia … Written with love ~ Alison |

What a wonderful feeling this sweet poem filled me wit as I read Lydia's Gong, then went back and reread it aloud.Nice wordplay throughout. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

Thank you, guys. I appreciate you picking up on how special this little girl is to me. She just turned a year old. Unable to move her arms and legs when born, she is now toddling around. She is up to speed (pardon the pun) with others in her age group. And, Jimmy? I'll give her that extra hug today from you. A |
