It's Your Choice

about how you focus your attention, and this

Ever wondered why you are
where you are today?
Ever wondered who
you are today?
Well it was your choices
that you made in your past.
Neuroscientists say we have
up to 30,000 thoughts a day;
those are new thoughts,
many may seem similar,
or like the same old thoughts,
but they are different from yesterday
because they are new thoughts,
with these thoughts we make choices;
could be good choices,
could be bad choices,
could be right choices,
could be wrong choices,
still it is with our minds
that we make choices from our thoughts
and as we act upon these choices
our families, friends, or environments
may influence us, still it is us alone
that makes our personal choice,
taking into consider all that is around us,
some understand the value of making good choices,
that one good choice will lead to another,
and they live a good and healthy life,
others live a life full of bad choices
and as you think and choose, you yourself
make your path, it's your choice.

My thoughts are longer so I probably don't have as many as you said. How could I count them? Good poem though!

It was just a thought which made them run. It was just an act that killed them.
