Applause! You did it.....:-) Picture matches the poem perfectlyy. Tanka is an economic way to greatly express heartfelt emotion... this poems storyline does that exactly. "Poetry is an echo, asking a shadow to dance." |

Billy and me have a swing that hangs from an old oak. There's a love seat that swings on the porch that's nice when its warmer too. I always love your poems and pictures! It was just a thought which made them run. It was just an act that killed them. |

You are right, those two added lines (to the haiku form) allow a greater sharing of feelings. I did enjoy doing it and I will certainly create some more.
