I wear
My heart
On my
Sleeve

But in fact
I keep it
In my pocket
Where you
Can easily
Reach for it

You and I
Both know
Anyone can take
A heart from
A sleeve

Ahhh . . . Easy going poetry with a startling effect of where to locate that heart so vibrate for happiness to come . . .
