Blessings From Above

Think of the birds and the bees
the flowers and the trees;
He made them for us,
because He loves us:
to acknowledge this Love
is to receive blessings from above
and I do, and I do,
yes my Heavenly Father
I do Love You...

To discover the things that are good,
those things that are nice
in your life,
to accept and receive
to know and believe,
to acknowledge this Love
is to receive blessings from above.

When first I crossed the opening lines of your poem, Jewel Akens came to mind. He did, and it stuck with me until traversing deeper through your writing.
To stand upon ones' belief and convictions is admirable. To express those beliefs and convictions as well as you do is inspiring.

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!
