"Hello beautiful" he whispers and suddenly I am Nothing has changed about me except the way his eyes see me except the way his heart beats with mine except the way that he loves me. "I love you" he whispers I have never felt the innocence of love, yet that's what this is. Open, full, unconditional and I am ever amazed at what he offers without a thought. Its like he doesn't know this is supposed to be hard. I ask him why me? He says who else could it be? And I look around and think...anyone But its me...me And I cant help but say to him I love you too And when I do my soul takes flight What an amazing journey What an amazing man to whisper to me "Hello beautiful". for my Damien [This message has been edited by Paula Finn (09-21-2015 08:01 PM).] |

Poets often reside on lonely "one-way" streets, alleys and even park benches. You made it to Park Avenue. 88's to you both. She told me "play one for your supper Danny and maybe you'll get breakfast". |

"Nothing has changed about me except the way his eyes see me" I have always felt the love my husband showed was through his eyes more than anything else. Loved this poem. Jo Perry |

What a wonderful piece of poetical writing, Paula(my daughter's name). Yes, there is no feeling in this world better than being showered with love, and returning same. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

This is wonderful! Those magic words are the "comfort food" of love talk! And there is nothing like your own secret recipe from your own home cookin'. ~L |
