Is it necessary to eat the crust of saint Albray?
It is an at the bottom fundamental question,

Aim to be that we speak about it to the meal,
In front of a glass in the opaque humors,
We shall invite Châteauneuf-du-Pape,
And we shall listen to friendly Louis Bertignac.

Each shares the science down here
But the best point of view doubtless
Is the one who eats the question.

and smiles...

Ahhh . . . Yann, you had me scratching my head until the last two lines, they brought it all to light.

thanks Jerry, i bring some precisions to clear it up, saint albray is a cheese and some people eat the surrouding envelop, others not, i decided to answer in front of a chateauneuf du pape, a french wine, the last lines bring a possible answer, this is not quite a serious poem, except conclusion, thanks again for reading

have a nice day
