If I knew why knowing better wasn’t enough for me to choose as I should have. Then I would think the road less traveled would have my footprints upon it. Instead I put my feet peevishly perpendicular, and stubbornly blaze my own trail independent of common sense. At least that is how it appears from outside myself looking in. From the inside trying to look out it is a dilemma of a different color altogether. Skews of logic and reason toss about on tides of emotions. Too often missing the boat to catch the view on a clear day Lucky souls cannot relate, and wonder, why on earth... Them that been there- done that, don’t point fingers… They sadly nod their heads. lol... I know I shouldn't be laughing here but I was nodding my head even before I got to the ending. We do all blaze our own trails, though so few of them end in the glory so fearless adventures are deserving of. Michael |

There are those (and I'm not one of them) that seem to have been born with a compass and they have known where they were going all their lives. Goals came easily to their minds. They always seemed to know exactly where their next step was going... As for myself, I use the blunder and grope your way thru technique to navigate a trail~L |

I second your emotion and relate, a mixed blessing to be without a compass sometimes too I surely believe |

You are certainly right about those that point... I'm wondering...if a practiced fall might excite the stragglers? Feel you sweetie! and just where have ya been? stop bein' busy! ...unless it's really good? (we shall huddle laters) take care Lori! ~d "...But a tyrant spell has bound me, |

Compass? What's that? My nose has always chosen the direction and the rest of me, just as always, has foolishly followed. Damned if I do or don't - but Ce-la-vie, I'm still here and will follow whatever path it sniffs out! Sniff, sniff - oh god, think I'll pass on that direction... j. |

I wake up each day not knowing where my steps will lead me..like wetting my finger raise it upwards, and wait for the wind to guide me where to go...that my compass ..life is getting shorter and I owe myself a few adventures before I sail my boat to the edge of the ocean..love this |
