Night class progresses as Hump Day staggers onward our 'merry' academic tribe --embattled by fatigue We combat a civil war engaged by our beleaguered senses : Bleary eyes and empty stomachs languishing amidst a sea of caffeine --culminating in the creation of de facto Automatons We, graduate students, oddities in and of itself define ourselves within the bounds of structured ambiguity: contradictory ideals engaged in perpetuity God bless our tired souls tensed bodies and over-burdened minds (May we one day win this war...) |

A struggle worthy of the effort reflected in vivid detail within your poetry. There have been others, there will be others...right now, apparently it's you. Enjoy the moment. Best from Bluesy ...just bein' Bluesy |

Carry on, you are the future we are depending on. Some of us couldn't cut it... Lori |

Hopefully you and all the rest of you will conquer and survive. ~*~ If they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

I absolutely love this! A day in the life of a grad student. Very cool... I have a feeling you're going to win the war. |
