If a plant I be, I wonder what kind of roots belongs to me. Do I have a tap root like a tree? Do I grow shallow shoots like the grass so green? What holds and feeds me sight unseen? When nature unleashes fury and hurt will it be enough to keep me in my dirt? LGRĀ©4/9/15 |

I like this, because it makes me think. Plus like a few of your other poems, my imagination sees everything clearly. nice work. |

Ahhh . . . Lori, you will never be uprooted. Your roots are STRONG, and durable, plus they are you! That is saying a lot as far as I am concerned. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

My parents are doing very well, Thank you for asking. They changed my Mom's meds and she is more alert than she has been in years. It is like a miracle! Wish they had done it sooner. Unfortunately Mom and Dad no longer share living quarters. They both have moved to a different facility where Mom could get more care. Dad lives upstairs in an apartment. ~L |
