Precious Memories In the Kahala Mall I watched a young woman with a much older woman (possibly her mother) walking by me, holding hands at the pace of the older one. I thought to myself: how sweet, perhaps thirty years earlier the roles would have been reversed and a much younger mother would be walking her young daughter in the mall. Thinking of this scene reminds me of my sons many years ago when I would walk my three small boys through other malls and today this father with three grown sons yearns to take walks in the mall with his three grown sons.
