insufficient words [a farewell for Kathleen ('Kacy') Stafford] tonight … there is … a new star dancing through the ‘Milky Way’ a fresh and gentle Spring-whisper in the winter wind a finer harmony in the night bird’s song a lovely cadence in the timeless march of rolling clouds a pristine elegance in the moon-tipped shadows a firmer passion in Nature’s plea a new forbearance in the human heart … as Kathleen’s spirit passes by. --- b. e. adams (originally from: 1/2010) |

Wonderful dedication... I don't think I knew her, but my memory's not what it once was. Still, it's sad to hear |

It is always a sad thing to hear, and even though I did not know her either, I am sadden to hear of her passing. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

'Kacy' was one of the most 'prolific' writers (if not THE most prolific writer) here in "P.I.P-land" by the cyber-sea (a good 'poet' and even better 'penner' of prose). One might find her "Masada" write in the prose 'archives' rather 'interesting?!' She was also my 'significant other' for an all-too-short time before she left this beautiful but often all-too-sad 'ol world. Thanks so much for commenting folks! |

A beautiful remembrance of Kacy, Bruce. As you know, she was a very close friend of mine for many years. Her passing left me devastated - and it took a while before I could write any poetry about the loss - and this morning, with your poem, the tears flow again. I often think of her and feel her voice in the wind. Martyjo is so right. Nobody who knew her will ever forget her. Owl |

thank you, lovely Ms. D.! What you and Jo said couldn't likely be improved upon; and now sadly, there are so many others that no longer walk these fine blue sands of "P.I.P.-land" by the cyber-sea. |
