Out of the Blue In that brief moment in time when your smiling eyes met mine I fell under your spell. We composed an ouverture made of silent heart notes. The allegro vivace would follow we trusted our feelings and fate. We were busy living our lives, but every now and then thoughts of what could be crossed our minds and our dreams. Imagination led us back on our tracks. Fate was at work to keep the promise. Laughter and tears, longing and joy revealed our innermost emotions. We were a gift to each other and knew it but we dared not to unwrap it fully. And then suddenly it was too late anyway ... Do you now remember how flowers sprouted under each of our steps? Do you hear the music we made when we were holding each other tight? Do you feel my arms around you like when we danced in the moonlight? Now that you have mingled with the stars of the firmament above I feel our love has not dimmed it has now a different glow it has become a permanent light that fills my heart with gratitude. You stir new soul songs across the ether now. They land like falling tears upon the meadow of my heart. Tomorrow is bound to arrive meanwhile we hum our secret tunes. Fate is always at work, we trust. One day your smiling eyes will once again meet mine ... * |

What a sad, beautiful piece of work, Margherita . . . Oh, to have a promising relationship cut down is a tragic loss. But your loss has been shaped by your memories that you salvaged from back then. And yes, I have a strong feeling those two eyes will see each other again. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

Thank you very much, dear Jerry, for your loving comment. Yes it is sad, but my tears are often stopped by a memory of joy. "Out of the Blue" is a double reference to the beginning as well as to the end, as I casually learned about his transition and it is so strange a feeling ... Margherita |

Lovely and sad, but you have brought back memorable moments that you are now recalling out of the blue. Writing keeps them fresh and new and helps smoothen the pain. Thanks for sharing your intimate feelings. |

Thank you, dear Yann, for your kind appreciation ... yes you are right, love and music go hand in hand! Dear Josefina, thank you so much for your loving comment. Yes, the memories surface with great intensity and they bring both smiles and tears. Thank you kindly, dear Tracie, for your loving comment. As I said I look at this story as a gift, even if it did not evolve as we wished in dreams. Hugs to you for your own sad loss. Love and peace. Margherita "Love is the One who masters all things; |
