The Best Of Their Kind (from Faces of Love) Learned years ago when dog-pucky seemed to be a constant in my life that there is no going back. The emotions of the past, felt today, are memories – not reality. And memories they need to stay because their reality will never be the same, again. Yesterday, as the saying goes, is set in stone: but today . . . now there's a controllable entity, one that sets our memories of the future. And memories of love are the best of their kind, if kept in their place. And memories of love are the best of their kind . . . so mine, as before, will always contain You.

Very beautiful, dear Jimmy. These memories of love live on within our hearts. Hearts are places where there is no lack of space ... we can carry our sweetest memories in blissful lightness. Much enjoyed. Margherita |

Memories also have the tendency to rewrite what happened back then. I have had to put a sudden stop to my memories for quite awhile because I found I was over- and under-reaching and THAT is just not who I am. Enjoyed this one. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |
