She found her wings one day in spring Amongst the daffodils & the pansies She danced her little fairy dance Admiring her wings so fancy She skipped her way to the fairy queen Who with her magic wand did weave A spell so very magical Her wings no longer “make believe” with a squeal of pure delight She began to fly with ease Her little fairy wings carrying her Within the gentle breeze Now this little girl of the fae Is the happiest of them all For she now has her wings so fancy to help her fly from spring through to the fall ~~~ Love is the life of the soul... |

There's always a child inside all of us and we never can outgrow it. This is a light and fanciful one, reminds me of Peter Pan's friends from Neverland. Refreshing write, enjoyed with my breakfast.  |
