Adults Play Make Believe Too

I can't judge you
Anymore then I can judge myself.

Sometimes all of the compliments
Are not as good as a lie

But at least now
I want something real.

Don't look down on me
Because I make mistakes.

People who look down on other people, in my opinion,
are very insecure individuals. We are who we are.
Nothing more, nothing less.
This was an excellent poem which addressed those things.

What you say in the title is no doubt true. For a wide range of reasons. But the non-judgemental attitude is of the utmost importance, as we are all - without exception - prone to make mistakes. Just trying again and together is the wisest thing to do. I agree with what Jerry and Jo said.
