tired old Sol yawns into twilight mist collect as dark night takes hold along the bayou whoo-whoo wise owls looking for quarry talons penetrate weak scream from its victim gator's hiss food on its mind also the bayou's nocturne with full orchestration refreshed old Sol waits until everything is in place before appearing again or is everything a façade covering our fragile weaknesses' in a protective cocoon sometimes that cocoon gives way to a weeping heart when it learns it's all over ©October 21, 2014 / Jerry Pat Bolton If they give you ruled paper write sideways. The idea of a weeping heart is a fragile thing indeed. Loved your bayou visuals Jp. |
