Visitors in the Mist A deep crimson sun rides the far western horizon of these ancient ‘endless’ hills suspended in the moment, as a velvet violet twilight touches down (along infinite forest paths to nowhere) with a blue moon rising amid frosted stars and galaxies dancing with the time-shadows of this grand celestial dream. The ancient oaks and native spirits are the children of these mountains; we are but half-blind visitors in the mist and ‘see’ but little of the intangibles they knew as to all that is truly real, significant, and eternal. --- b, e, adams (8/1/2014) |

Ahhh . . . but for the visionaries such as yourself, Bruce, I feel that you can search these mountains where you reside and touch on the ones gone on before and accept their wisdom as your own. ~*~ Tell the truth, but tell it slant.--Emily Dickimsom ~*~ |

Absolutely right, Bruce. Half blind with half a brain. Makes one wonder what it's all about but no wondering about your poetry. It's lovely! |
