Mistakes were made Feelings were hurt Hearts were broken Time apart caused the river of love to swell Months felt like years You told me to let you go I did and I let it be Nobody is perfect But I gave you the best of me On a random Saturday night You sent a text asking could we hangout again I said yes and wondered what did this mean We hung out and it felt like old times It feels like you want to pick up where we left off Seems like you enjoy this state of limbo It's obvious we still love each other I just want you to apologize so we can be together |
