When my mind can accept the terms of this life, When my soul can rely upon the decency in every living thing, When my heart can forget the meaning of hate, Not choosing to somber, but instead to celebrate, The times my nature seems to lose its footing, And the restless bitter moments that engulf the present, Anger filled heart that weighs me down at times, Losing all of my lessons in one event in time, When all this turned upside down, I will become right again in my own light, A legend of my own, during my time on this planet, Seeking no sense of outside recognition, But doing what is natural to all the virtues that exist, There is no final chapter that I seek to write better than the rest, The present course of my nature must be like the sun, Ever so shining brightly through the years it exists, Noy thinking about itself, but only its purpose, When all of this is said and done, I will be content once more, My mind, soul and heart all working toward a common goal. I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality. |

Common goals are good, but individual goals have a place in this thing called living. I like your good intentions, and it would be wonderful if they were all to be realized. Still ... individual thoughts and goals are as important as the common ones. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |
