The moon hung like marble, loveless' caught in the marvel, of the vast, vapid gargle; the sea. In the sandy expanse, on a vacuous shore, Some rats would dance, rather two; no more. Through the nooks they’d scurry, claws, paws and feet in flurry and shake off the sand, without worry. They’d gaze at the star-spattered sky, and on tail-curled neck is where they’d rest. For people who know that rats are best. |

As stated in the title: I've been away for a long while, but I look forward to actively posting again. For anyone who remembers me, I look forward to reading your material again : ) |

Much like a work maybe by Lewis Carroll or something, I like that your poem appeals to the inner child. Enjoyed! |
