Stained Glass I watch the clock hands racing round The sands of time just flow away Soft petals lying on the ground The setting sun, the end of day Church pews where once, my voice so pure Stained glass windows their colours bright My Love for you, never so sure Your beating heart, please hold me tight And shadows creeping ever near And falling leaves of red and brown And memories within a tear What was the use of thorny crown There was no time to say goodbye Why did you have to fade and die |

Heartfelt, Michael, very much so. This tragic looking back has done its job, it has called out to love a-dying, and, as we all know, that is the worst we believe that can happen to us, ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |
