Spring Moment Were I but Time’s master … the world would freeze in eternal breathless wonder by this translucent lake of perfect moonlight, just before the break of dawn and the brisk restlessness of Spring. The only question for the silence would be how to love this moment more. --- b. e. adams (3/17/2012) |

Your poetry, at times, is so deep it is scary. I smiled when I used the "S" word. I merely meant that your thought process is considerable and wonderful. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

LOve it, a very nice, seasonal poem. "Poetry is an echo, asking a shadow to dance." |

A beautiful poem with a nice flow and good alliteration and assonances. Goes to show that rhyme is not a necessity. Good write! |

Thanks to all of you grand and lovely poets (and human beings) who traverse the fine blue sands of "P.I.P.-land" by the cyber-sea and commented on this most recent 'write' of mine. |

Whilst, pragmatically, Bruce, there would be all sorts of fall-outs, poetically I wish you were Time's Master so that we could keep that perfect scene at that perfect moment you describe, forever. What I will settle for is that I am glad you were Time's Master for that breath-taking moment. Reading this poem is paradoxially like opening curtains (drapes?) on to a world of perfect reality too beautiful to be magic. Owl |
